Tuakana Teina

Mentor/Mentee School’s Exhibition

The kaupapa of this show is Tuakana Teina, which refers to the relationship between an older person (tuakana) and a younger person (teina). The meaning is older sibling / younger sibling – where siblings learn from each other. NORTHART is thrilled to support the development of a mentor-mentee style exhibition to celebrate the work of students and teachers at Kaipātiki schools.

Schools include: Northcote Intermediate, Glenfield Intermediate, Northcote College and Birkenhead College.

Opening: Saturday 21 September, 1pm – 3pm
