Upcoming Exhibition | Kiran McKinnon 'Floodlines'

Opening: Sunday October 4th, 3pm–5pm (dependent on whether Auckland is in Alert Level One) 

This compelling series of paintings continues her exploration of experience and memory, particularly of the sensations of the natural world. Kiran sources her water from natural sources throughout New Zealand, working with watercolour and acrylic paint to create her painterly surfaces. The medium of paint is brought to the fore through her purist approach. Often her paintings are on a large scale, allowing the viewer to become immersed in the work.
